Free Online Safety Workshops

West Midlands Police and Coventry City Council's Prevent Team, have joined forces to create workshops for parents and carers about the dangers of children using some apps/social media sites/online gaming at home. As internet use is becoming an increasingly normal part of home life, it is important to understand the plethora of different apps and sites that are easily accessed by children. Nationally, we are seeing a huge rise in online bullying and increased problems with the mental well-being of children and these workshops aim to support parents/carers with up to date and relevant material.
