Parents' Evening

Parents' evenings are a hybrid system of face-to-face and virtual consultations, to make meeting your child's class teacher as convenient as possible.

Schoolcloud allows you to have a virtual online meeting or book an in-person appointment with your child's teacher to discuss their progress.

We had positive feedback about Schoolcloud after our last parent's evening, although we hope to meet most of you in person now that Covid restrictions have been eased.

KS2 are organising their parent's evenings so that parents get to speak to their child's morning class teacher, who teaches Maths and English each day.

KS1 and EYFS parents will need to choose their child's registration class teacher.

Please note that if you are already booked in for an AFA meeting, you do not need to book an additional parent's evening slot. All information will be discussed within the AFA appointment.

How to book appointments using schoolcloud

To book a virtual or face-to-face slot with your child's teacher, all you have to do is log on to  and follow the prompts, adding in the information that is required. There are helpful links at the bottom of this page.

Once this is done, you will be able to see the available appointments and select one suitable for you.

For Virtual Online Appointments

There are currently different evenings to choose from depending on which year group your child is in.

Online appointments with Mrs Chubb (Year 1/2C) and Miss Winterburn (6W Morning Group) are being held on Monday 17th October and you will see an option for this when choosing appointment times.

Ms. Harvey (3H Morning Group) will be running online appointments at the start of the parent's evening on Tuesday 18th October and this is a separate option to choose from.

For all other online-only meetings with different staff members, please select appointments with your child's teacher on Thursday 20th October.

For Face-To-Face Appointments in School

For face-to-face meetings with all staff members you can select appointment times on Tuesday 18th or Thursday 20th October.

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment time once you have booked it. Please use the email address that you have given to the school for contact.

If you have difficulty making an appointment or cannot make those dates, please contact your child's teacher at the school or via Class Dojo, so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Below are useful guides to getting set up and a video link that runs through the process.

We look forward to seeing you in person or virtually very soon!
